What we collect
When you request a quote, book an appointment or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and a description of the problem. If you pay online, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Our website keeps basic, privacy-respecting visit statistics and does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform work on your vehicle, keep your service records, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and — only if you've opted in — occasional service reminders and offers by email or SMS. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and replying STOP ends SMS messages immediately.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or send you spam on behalf of anyone else. Your details are shared only with the services that make this business run (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery, appointment scheduling) — each bound by their own privacy obligations.
Your choices
