Servicing & Maintenance FAQs

Something we didn't cover? A human answers the phone during opening hours.

(555) 018-1818
Will servicing outside the dealer void my warranty?

No. Manufacturer warranties require the schedule to be followed with appropriate parts — not that a dealer does it. Our documented service records protect your warranty and help resale.

Why does my 'lifetime' transmission fluid need changing?

'Lifetime' means the life of the warranty, not the life of the car. Ask anyone who rebuilds transmissions — fresh fluid at sensible intervals is the difference between the two.

How long does a service take?

A standard service is usually same-day, often while you wait. Bigger interval services get an honest time estimate when you book.
