Quotes & authorization
Online and phone estimates are good-faith starting points; a firm written quote follows diagnosis. No chargeable work begins without your approval of that quote. If we discover something new mid-job, we stop and ask before proceeding — you'll never meet a surprise line item at pickup.
Warranty
Work we perform is covered by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on all work, printed on your invoice. The warranty covers our parts and labor; it does not cover unrelated failures, consumables in normal wear, customer-supplied parts, or damage from use the vehicle wasn't built for. If a warrantied repair fails, we make it right at no cost — that's the point of putting it in writing.
Deposits, payment & collection
Booking deposits (where taken) are credited in full against your final bill and refundable with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Payment is due on completion — cash, major cards, or secure online payment. Vehicles left more than seven days after completed-work notice may incur reasonable storage fees.
Your vehicle in our care
Your car is insured while in our care, driven only as needed for diagnosis and road-testing, and kept secured outside working hours. Personal belongings should be removed before drop-off; we can't be responsible for items left in the vehicle.
